[Panel] Enabling Multilingual Access to the Internet

Universal Acceptance (UA) enables multilingual access to the Internet, allowing domain names and email addresses in local languages and scripts, including Arabic. Many software applications and systems do not currently support UA, making it difficult for global users to access the Internet in their own language. This session will discuss the role of academia, the DNS industry, and government in making their systems UA-ready.
