But what is Internet fragmentation? And what kind of threat does it pose to the open, interconnected and interoperable Internet that’s a vital source for the social and economic development of humankind?
This panel will bring a more holistic and inclusive perspective to the debate, and at the same time, create space for the regional perspective of the matter and its possible implications for the Middle East.
