AMJAD MAAWIA ELNAYAL

Based in Bahrain, Amjad Elnayal is the Manager of Technology at the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority. With 18 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, he oversees wireless technologies, national fiber networks, satellite communication, and emerging innovations such as AI and Industrial IoT. Amjad has held roles in mobile engineering, business development, product marketing, and spectrum management. He also advises Bahrain’s Women in Tech Chapter and serves as a court expert on telecom cases. Having worked in both telecom operations and regulation, he brings a well-rounded perspective to the ICT sector.
