AMR ELSADR

Amr has recently joined ICANN as a Policy Manager supporting policy development in the Generic Names Supporting Organization (GNSO), but has been involved with ICANN and gTLD policy development since 2009. Amr had been a member of the GNSO’s Non-Commercial Stakeholder Group (NCSG), and has represented the NCSG on the GNSO Council (2013 – 2017), and chaired the NCSG’s Policy Committee from December 2014 to March 2016. Amr is from a healthcare background, and had been working professionally in the field of telemedicine and e-health from 2005, up until joining ICANN in early 2017. He has an M.B., B.CH in Medicine from the Misr University for Science and Technology and a M.Sc. in Telemedicine and E-health from the Arctic University of Norway.
