GAVIN BROWN

Gavin Brown is the Head of the Registry Services Division at CentralNic Group PLC, which supports over 115 top-level domains (including .bh and .البحرين, the TLDs for Bahrain) and almost 50% of all new gTLD domains under management. He was CentralNic’s CTO from 2005 to 2019, during which time he designed and built its domain registry platform and Anycast DNS network. He is the author of several RFCs relating to the domain name system, and was also a member of ICANN’s Technical Study Group (TSG) on Access to Non-Public Registration Data, and the current DNS Security Facilitation Initiative (DSFI).
