MEHMET BEDII KAYA

Dr. Mehmet Bedii Kaya is an associate professor of IT Law at Istanbul Bilgi University. He is currently leading Istanbul Bilgi University IT Law Institute. Dr. Bedi specializes in the study of Internet law, cybersecurity law, and data protection law, with an emphasis on the relationship between technology and the law.
