MRS NAFISSA BELCAID

Nafissa Belcaid is an engineer and Laureate of the Mohammedia School of Engineers in Morocco. She is currently the Director of Distinctive Signs at the Moroccan Office of Industrial and Commercial Property (OMPIC).

She contributed to several structuring developments of industrial property in Morocco at the organizational level of OMPIC, the legal level, strategic level, and reforms of industrial property. As Morocco’s industrial property expert, she participated in international diplomatic conferences and on specialized committees of the World Intellectual Property Organization.

Nafissa organized several training modules on industrial property at the AMAPIC Academy and has presented at global conferences to share Morocco’s industrial property experience.
