SEHER SAGIROGLU AYHAN

Seher Sağıroğlu Ayhan is a senior specialist on the Global Stakeholder Engagement Middle East team at ICANN. She brings more than 10 years of experience in the domain name industry. From 2011 to 2013, she worked with Nic.tr in various capacities, gaining broad expertise in country code domain name registration. After spending more than six years in ICANN’s Contractual Compliance department, Seher joined the GSE team as a regional specialist in 2020. Her work focuses on building stakeholder relationships and strengthening ICANN’s collaborative efforts across the Middle East region. She is actively involved with a wide range of Turkish stakeholders, including academia, domain name businesses, government, intellectual property experts, and technical communities.

Seher holds a master’s degree in political science and public administration from Middle East Technical University.
