UĞUR GÜRŞAD YALÇINER

A mechanical engineer, Mr. Yalciner graduated from Middle East Technical University, Ankara. He is the founder and president of the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, and served as president of the Turkish Patent and Trademark Attorneys’ Association since 2008. He is also president and managing partner of YALCINER PATENT, LTD., a panellist at WIPO, and Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) UYUM Mediation and Dispute Resolution Center (TOBB-UYUM) for domain name dispute resolution.
