GAMAL HEGAZI

Gamal Hegazi is a Solutions lead with responsibilities ranging from network design & architecture, business development, Solution marketing for focusing on IP transformation, Ultra speed broadband and 4G/LTE and new innovative service introduction. Gamal is a former Founding board member for FTTH council MENA region and a Board member of Internet Masr an ISOC chapter in Egypt Gamal has extensive experience in Broadband technologies working as a systems expert and product planning manager in the European and US markets and has also has been a Project manager supervising many major Telecom project deployments in the Middle East. He has extensive experience in 4G and LTE network architecture through several project activities in MENA region. A veteran of the ICT industry for the last 20 years, Gamal holds a Master degree in Telecoms & information systems from University of Essex UK and General management certificate in General Management and in Finance from Cambridge University, Judge Business School He has participated in the introduction of Internet service to Egypt in early 90s with technical responsibilities ranging from planning to implementation of the ISP setup of the IDSC.
