Nodumo Dhlamini is the Director of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Services, Communications and Knowledge Management at the Association of African Universities (AAU). With over twenty-nine years of professional experience, she has worked across various sectors, including secondary school education, banking, railway transport, higher education and tertiary agricultural education. Nodumo has worked in Swaziland, Zimbabwe, Uganda and currently in Ghana.
She has led various ICT-related projects at Africa University in Zimbabwe from 1999 to 2008. Following that, she led ICT and Communications related initiatives for RUFORUM between 2009 and 2015. In her current role at the AAU, Nodumo oversees continental capacity building programs for E-learning development, Universal Acceptance, data for higher education, innovations in teaching, research communication, and the development of digital systems.
