SEHER SAĞIROĞLU AYHAN

Business professional with over ten years of experience in the domain names industry. Between 2011 - 2013, Seher worked with Nic.tr (“ .tr” ccTLD Authority between 1991- 2019) in various capacities and had broad experience in the areas related to the registration of country code domain names. With over 6 years of compliance experience at ICANN’s Contractual Compliance Department, Seher joined the Global Stakeholder Engagement (GSE) team as a Regional Specialist in 2020. Her focus areas is to help building stakeholder relations and improving ICANN’s collaborative efforts in the Middle East and Africa

 

Seher holds a master's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Middle East Technical University and she has been based in ICANN’s Middle East and Africa Regional Office in Istanbul since 2013.
